The calling of Nature
is a wonderous event.
The whispering pines,
The roaring of a waterfall,
The laughter of a brook,
The talking of the leaves,
And the gossiping of the wind.
She tells us of storms coming
with the silence of sheltered animals.
She shows us God's promise of life,
with the wonders of the rainbow.
She reminds us of sadness when she rains,
only to have the sun come out and show
the beauty of a world fresh and clean.
Nature is really very simple.
Why we left Nature, I do not know.
But, if this present society would allow,
I would just leave this confused world
and live the simple pure life with Nature.
When the people left they must have had
no thought of returning to her.
In the course of leaving Nature,
people destroyed her,
taking away the beauty of a land untamed and wild.
They had no thought of the future,
only of the present, only of themselves.
They did not think of the future generations,
who in seeing the ravaged land,
decided to return to the simple pure life -
A life with Nature and her kind.
