Singing Waters
                                      
I listen to the calling of the water,
with tranquility and peace,
I watch the distant horizon
with a longing that seems to never cease.

I feel life within the water
gently tugging at my feet,
as I resist a temptation
to dive deep, deep beneath.

The ocean sings a song
as it laps gently at the sand,
the mountain streams trill quietly,
as they travel o'er the land.

The mirror of a still pond
Reflects my soul back to me
The sunshine and the water -
creating life and beauty.
